S&S ventured into Rye Diner And Drinks in 2014. These venues have played host to a variety of private events and are available for gatherings, large or intimate.

RYE Diner and Drinks

At RYE, classic American favorites are given a modern, Asian-fusion twist, and executed to perfection by our red-letter kitchen crew, lead by Executive Chef Andrew Lund. RYE also features a craft cocktail program by mixologist Ryan Manning.

Buying local is best. That’s why RYE peddles products from a few of their friends. Now serving meats from Snake River Farms, Ballard Hog Farm, and Canyon Meadows Ranch, bread from Eva’s Bakery, produce from New Roots, chocolate from Solstice, coffee from Publik, La Barba, and Blue Copper, and brews from High West, Squatters, and Wasatch Brewery. And that’s just a taste.

In accord with the RYE philosophy, simplicity first! What would we want from a venue? A comfortable space to host affordable, hassle & stress-free party. Let us take the guesswork out of your next private event. This new-classic diner can readily accommodate up to 65 guests for a seated event or 90 for a reception. Complete with a banging sound system, liquor license and plenty of space to move, RYE is awaiting you and your’s. Commercial kitchen rental also available if you prefer to have your event independently catered. If you are interested in sampling RYE’s food and beverage options, please contact austin@sartainandsaunders.com for a tour.

Let our kitchen be your kitchen! Commercial events, cooking classes and privately catered events are all welcome to share the space at RYE.
The RYE crew can come to you. RYE is available for offsite catering gigs. Please contact us with questions or requests via the form below.”
